IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• A PDF proof will be sent to you via Etsy messages within 1-2 business days of your files being provided. You will have 48 hours from the time the proof is sent to approve or request any edits before we print.
• A maximum of 2 rounds of edits is included after the initial proof. Any further changes will require purchase of design time at shop owner's discretion.
• We only print CMYK colors. We do not guarantee how Pantone, RGB, Spot or 5th colors will print out. They can print incorrectly, inverted or drop completely from the file. Please convert your file colors to CMYK only to prevent major color issues before uploading.
• The inks on these need time a full day to cure, so we are unable to ship same day. If you are looking to meet a tight deadline, please reach out to be prior to ordering.
• We recommend laying graphics out 24 hours before using to get rid of wrinkling.
• Please make sure you have all of your logos together before ordering and are respectful of our strict 48 hour timeframe for proof approvals. If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled once we have begun design, a $30 design time fee will be deducted from your refund.
