The workmanship on the canopy is outstanding. The size was exactly as I had asked. The colors and printing were perfect. It arrived on time and was a bit on July 4. Customer service was responsive and competent. 5 stars all around.

Didn’t add or use correct QR Code. Didn’t explain or inform that it wouldn't be my code that I sent over. When I received the banner and reached out, have yet hear a response. Quality is decent.customer service sucks!!!
I purchased a custom canopy for my 10x10 -- it arrived and did not fit my canopy frame. I purchased a canopy frame from Make My Banner, which was sent without a case. The canopy frame provided is super bulky and not easy to set up. It takes two people and a lot of effort. Not happy at all.
