The communication following the acceptance of the proof was disappointing and did not meet professional expectations. I had to follow up to inquire about the status of the order and initiate the shipping process. Unfortunately, the order was not received in time for my vendor event, which impacted my ability to use the items as intended. I am disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of timely communication throughout the process.

I am not happy with my purchase. There’s too much Velcro and a lot of it is in the wrong place. There’s Velcro on the outside (customer facing) when it should be on the inside. The product itself is way too long it’s dragging on the ground. The zipper is on the inside and should be on the outside. It looks very tacky. I cannot use this on my tent because the top is dangling down. The fabric and print is nice but the placement of Velcro and length is terrible as if someone made it that knows nothing about tents for vendors
Great customer service and answered the phone or emailed me back right away. Tent held up to high winds at the NJ Asbury Park Festival for the first launch of the new tent. Awesome design. Everyone loved the tent. Durable
