much heavier than my previous canopy frame. Also, was very disappointed that, while so many manufacturers seem to offer "1 person setup" canopies this one is very difficult to set up without at least two people. Would not have purchased if I had any other option but I'd already bought the custom canopy, not realizing that it wasn't to industry standard size and so I didn't have an option but to either purchase this frame or waste the money I'd already spent on the canopy that doesn't fit other frames.
The workmanship on the canopy is outstanding. The size was exactly as I had asked. The colors and printing were perfect. It arrived on time and was a bit on July 4. Customer service was responsive and competent. 5 stars all around.
Came exactly as advertised, great quality overall.
Didn’t add or use correct QR Code. Didn’t explain or inform that it wouldn't be my code that I sent over. When I received the banner and reached out, have yet hear a response. Quality is decent.customer service sucks!!!
