The canopy is well-made with high-quality materials, and the graphics are clean, sharp, and look fantastic. The custom table cover fits perfectly and is made from excellent-quality material as well. Print was spot on the actual frame when it arrived it had a dented leg from shipping but other than that it’s 100% correct

Everything was going real well with the order until shipping, and I received the frame and hardware in two different orders, which is not a big deal, but when the second order came and they delivered the hardware, it now says that my entire delivery has been delivered, but I have not received any of the actual printing. I haven't received the canopy top. I haven't received the walls on the sides of the back, and I haven't received the table cover, and I can't figure out how to rectify this, so I'm gonna go this route

Unbelievable find. Was shocked and skeptical of the pricing and was convinced I was going to end up with a 10 INCH x 10 INCH canopy tent instead of a 10’x10’. Lol But when this thing showed up, I was blown away by the quality!! Nice heavy fabric for the canopy and walls. Colors POP!! Frame is extremely sturdy. Nothing but disbelief that we were able to find such a great deal for such top tier quality. We got our tent canopy with 3 double-sided full walls all for under 1K…WITH shipping!!
And speaking of shipping…this thing got here soooo fast. That’s kinda what made me think I was being scammed. 😂 But nope! All around excellent service, quality, and speed. We’re set for awhile. If we end up needing a second tent…I know exactly where we’re coming!!

We are extremely happy with our custom 10x10 canopy package. We purchased it for our small business, Broom Ryder Tea Shop, and have already used it at several outdoor markets. The print quality is beautiful, the colors came out vibrant, and our logo and branding look very professional.
The canopy has completely changed the look of our booth and makes us much easier to recognize at events. We especially love having the coordinated walls and printed pieces because everything looks polished and intentional when it’s all set up.
We’ve received compliments on our booth from customers and other vendors, and we’re very pleased with how our design translated onto the finished canopy.

In full transparency, I am giving it a 4 because it did not come with a case for the canopy as the website showed. Other than that, the tent and back wall are made of a very sturdy canvas that will last us for years, I believe. The stretchy tablecloth was supposed to be an open back, but it's a full-coverage back, so that was not what we chose when selecting our items.
Overall, the product is high quality, and the turnaround time was extremely quick. Customer service was quick to respond to questions as well.
Actually really quality service, and shipped fast, the 10x10 is the large kind that is bigger than most store-bought canopys.

I wish they had included a cover for the canopy because the regular tent cover doesn't fit and my canopy will get dirty since its white hence the 4 stars for not anticipating the customer needs.
