Canopy doesn't fit my standard frame. It's too small by a couple inches. With a great deal of muscle we managed to stretch it over the frame but its causing the side supports to bow in. I even remeasured the frame and compared it to the specs shown on your website. My frame matches the specs but the canopy is too small. I reached out to customer service and received no response back.
Not only am I pleased with the product, I’m grateful for the service!
Stay away from this company! Communication is horrible. You will wait days if not weeks with no reply, then they will print the wrong thing without approval.

I am still awaiting resolution of an ongoing issue with my product. I received my popup with artwork i had not approved. Using a previous revision instead of the approved proof. Requesting that i pay more to ship the corrected product. The quality was good, however communication has been sub par. I am on the verge of disputing the charge as it feels like instead of fixing their mistake they are attempting to run the clock out on a credit card dispute.
I am still waiting for a refund since I received the wrong item AS YOU CLEARLY are following up for the PINK TENT WITH RUFFLES and I got a white vinyl tent stop and frame.
The materials and colors were good. Love that there are foot holds to go on the table legs.
It seemed easy enough to send in art work. But it just became confusing and time consuming. The person working with the artwork was not very communicative once the images were sent. No guide to tell you if the image is coming through clear or there are issues. When I got proofs the only thing that seemed wrong was the coloring but that was fixed.
When one of the tablecloths did not look like the template, customer service was hard to find . Which is still an issue that has not been resolved except for a suggestion of paying more to get what was asked for the first time.
canopy didn't fit our 10x10 tent. need a refund.
I absolutely love this canopy. It’s made from thick heavy duty quality material and looks fantastic. I did have to purchase another roller bag though becauseit won’t fit in the standard 10x10 bag.
Absolutely fantastic. It came out perfectly and was so easy to put up. Very fine craftsmanship. Worth every penny genuinely. They were nice enough to send me the template they use to design the tents so I could make something very Specific.
The cover came quickly and looked really good. I was surprised that I was able to get something so quickly. It was also one of the more affordable options that I saw. I would use this company again.
The canopy tent turned out amazing—we’re truly impressed! The proof was sent quickly after purchase, which was a great sign from the start.
The only challenge we experienced was with shipping communication. The frame and fabric arrived in separate packages, and we didn’t receive tracking details until after we reached out about the fabric since it didn’t arrive with the frame.
