Rust in multiples places, marks on my design, poor quality
The experience working with this company was good from start to finish. I sent my order and artwork in and got a very quick response with a proof to review. I wanted to make a change and the change was made very quickly. My tent came in on time and the quality is very good. It is exactly what I wanted. It looks great!

It came and it doesn't standup, it's been over a week of me trying to get in contact with someone and no one has responded. Very disappointed.
From start to finish, this was one of the easiest transactions we have completed. They knew what we wanted and assisted us with the right products. Delivery was within 10 days of ordering. Super quick for a company branded product.
Quality is good however they did not print what was approved on the proof. When I first contacted them about it they responded and agreed, said they would be sending a new one done right. That was almost a month ago and now are not responding. If they were more responsive they may have received a better review.
Everything was fine until I received a noticed my order had been delivered, BUT not to me. I was delivered 2500 miles away in another state. I called to ask and they said my order got misplaced with a mother order. Due the fact that my client was not pleased they received their product days late, past their event. Other than that the product was well made and client was please with the product.
They sent a pixelated item. I asked for them to fix it, sent an email, called and they never responded.

Excellent bag! You will need it to transport your tent. Bag with wheels is very helpful. Cage of this caliber is heavy.
I am highly satisfied with the canopy tent. It is sturdy and the quality is great. I look forward to using it on July 19 at my next vendor event. It is very quick and easy to assemble; The directions are easy to understand (especially with the close-ups). I know people are going to ask me where I had it made, and I look forward to letting them know. The price is excellent (lower than most), and yet the quality is exceptional! I am very satisfied!
We purchased a 10 by 10 tent w logo and printing on the top. And a printed table cover
Everything is of good quality. And the tent was easy for two people to set up.
And shipping was quick. Customer support was helpful but sometimes took half a day to respond.
